        The 10th International Conference on Petroleum Geochemistry and Exploration in the Afro-Asian Region (AAAPG2019) is to be held in Guangzhou, China, on May 10-12, 2019. The related issues are as follows:

DATE AND VENUE:
        Date: May 10-12, 2019: arrive at May 9, following 3-days meeting (May 10-12).
        Venue: Biaoben (Sample) Building, Campus of GIG, CAS

PRESENTATION FORMS: 
AAAPG will have three types of presentation: 
        Keynote/invited talk: 25 Minutes (including 5 Minutes Q&A);
        Oral Presentation: 20 Minutes (including 5 Minutes Q&A);
        Interactive poster presentation: Poster size is 1.2 Meter (H), 0.8 Meter (W). All poster will be pasted during the whole meeting time, and the presenter is required standing before the poster for discussion in the post time.
       All posters can be printed by you or emailed to the secretary at aaapg2019@gig.ac.cn. They will print all posters in Guangzhou for you for saving your time printing and bring them for long travel. 
      AAAPG2019 will select 8-10 best oral and poster presentations for young scientists and award a certificate by the conference.

HOTEL:
        Accommodations are arranged in Ramada Plaza Guangzhou (4 stars). Please visit www.ramadaplazagz.com for hotel information. All hotel registrations are required to complete through the official e-mail address rsvn@ramadaplazagz.com to guarantee the favorite price for this conference. The price of the double-room and king bed-room are 450 CNY/night (including breakfast). The online hotel booking is open now. Please book your hotel as soon as you registered the meeting. And please indicate the Subject as “delegates of AAAPG2019” to enjoy this special price. Please note to obtain the hotel booking confirmation also from the hotel through e-mail.

REGISTRATION:
        The registration has been open through the website, and all attendees are required to a fully registration at http://aaapg2019.csp.escience.cn
Registration fees: Industry / Academia 400 USD (2400 CNY)
                            Students 200 USD (1200 CNY), A student certificate is required
Payment: Registration fees can be paid through Paypal (https://www.paypal.com/) using your credit card. And The Paypal account of the meeting is aaapg2019@gig.ac.cn. Please add your name and AAAPG2019 when paying through Paypal and confirm your payment after you pay.
On-site registration will be in the Lobby of Ramada Plaza Hotel from 9:00-22:00, May 9, and the registration fees on-site can only be paid by cash.

PROCEDEEDING AND SPECIAL ISSUES:
        Till to now, we have received 135 abstracts. All abstracts have been edited into a proceeding, which will be delivered to every delegate in USB stick, and also pasted in the website http://aaapg2019.csp.escience.cn.
       The organizing committee is seeking publishing one or more special issue in SCI journals and CNKI such as AAPG, MPG, Geofluids and Geochimica after meeting. Only the abstracts presented in the meeting will be considered for the special issue.

SPECIAL ARRAGEMENTS FOR MUSLIM DELEGATES:
        Due to the careless plan, the meeting time is overlapping with the Muslim "Ramadan". In order to meet the religious needs of Muslim representatives, the local organizing committee of the conference will make the following arrangements:
(a) A lounge next to the meeting room will be open for Muslim delegates who need rest and prayer during the meeting;
(b) The oral presentation of Muslim Representatives will be scheduled in the morning and they my rest in the hotel in the afternoon;
(c) A special dining room for Muslim delegates will be arranged and Islamic food will be provided. Dinner will be postponed until after 8 PM and breakfast will be advanced to 5 am for Muslim representatives under the requirements.

TRANSPORTATION ROUTE: 
         Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport to hotel: about 40 km and 150 CNY for a taxi; or take No.3 Line of Guangzhou Metro from Airport station to Guangzhou East Railway Station (Eit J), then walk to the hotel (800 meters).
        Guangzhoudong Railway Station to hotel: about 1.9 km and walk to the hotel directly. 
        Guangzhounan Railway Station to hotel: about 26 km and 100 CNY for a taxi; or take No.2 Line of Guangzhou Metro from Guangzhou South Railway Station to Gongyuanqian Station, then transfer to No.1 Line of Guangzhou Metro to Guangzhou East Railway Station (Eit J), then walk to the hotel (800 meters).
