I got the BSc in Geology at Chengdu University of technology in 2007; PhD in Organic Geochemistry at Guangzhou institute of geochemistry, Chinese academy of sciences in 2012. I am research associate professor at Guangzhou institute of geochemistry. In 2004, I went to Germany GFZ for one year academic visit. My recent works focused on the geochemical characterization of high-over-mature organic matter and the trace and evolution of aromatic hydrocarbons in geological samples. I have preside over 3 projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, and participated in the National Science and Technology Major Project (the 125 plan, the 135 plan), the Strategic Priority Research Program of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Grant (XDA, XDB) and other projects as the major researchers. At present, I have published 13 scientific research papers in SCI journals such as Organic Geochemistry, Marine petroleum Geology, International Journal of Coal Geology. I am also the guest reviewer of Organic Geochemistry, Marine petroleum Geology, AAPG and other journals.

If you are interested in further developing research projects with me as Master students, PhD and postdocs, feel free to email me.

Research Interests:

Evaluation of high-over mature source rocks; oil/gas source correlation; the evolution and applications of bound biomarkers in organic geochemistry; the evolution of aromatic hydrocarbons in geological bodies.
