Dr PENG Xianzhi is a research professor at the State Key Laboratory of Organic Geochemistry, Guangzhou Institute of Geochemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. She received her Ph.D degree in Geochemistry in 2000 from Guangzhou Institute of Geochemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Her current research interests focus on (1) Plastic contamination and related chemicals in the environment, (2) Pharmaceuticals and personal care products (PPCPs) and endocrine disrupting contaminants (EDCs) in the environment, (3) Application of stable isotopic fingerprinting and chiral fingerprinting in environmental pollution research, and (4) Ecological potential of plastic and related chemicals.


Research Interests:

(1) Plastic contamination and related chemicals in the environment, (2) Pharmaceuticals and personal care products (PPCPs) and endocrine disrupting contaminants (EDCs) in the environment, (3) Application of stable isotopic fingerprinting and chiral fingerprinting in environmental pollution research, and (4) Ecological potential of plastic and related chemicals.
